Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Free Shipping
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Standard Shipping
Orders under $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Saint Lina is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Saint Lina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
